• Ms. Bisig  Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Bisig and I am the Junior High Intense Interventions Teacher at River Forest Jr/Sr High School. I have been working in the field of Special Education for over 18 years. I began working with students with disabilities when I was in High School and decided then that I loved being a part of something so much bigger. I went on to college and received a Bachelor’s Degree in General Education with a Minor in Special Education. During my college years I worked with students with disabilities and was trained in ABA Verbal Behavior to help students with Autism better communicate. After college I began working for River Forest as the Intense Teacher and have been a part of a great school district for 9 years. During my first couple of years at River Forest I went back to college and received my License in the Intense Interventions Program. I love being a Teacher and working with students with disabilities. My students have learned a lot from me, but in returned I have learned so much more from them.

Below you will find a list of my classroom rules. I have high expectations for each and every one of my students.
