River Forest Community School Corporation is proud of the cultural diversity that enhances the fabric of our community.
There are currently 13 languages that are spoken in the homes of students in our district. Some of the languages include: Arabic, Laotian, Tagalog, Urdu, Vietnamese, Spanish, Serbian, Greek, Romanian, Karakalpak, Turkish, Nzema, and Afghanistan.
The purpose of Title III is to ensure that limited English proficient (LEP) students meet the same challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards as all other children. Our ESL (English as a Second Language) department is dedicated in providing additional learning opportunities in helping students meet their academic and social goals.
