Starting tomorrow, (Wednesday, August 6) Middle School Football practice will be held from 3:00–5:00 PM. This will be the new regular practice time moving forward.
Athletes should meet at the locker room outside by the football field. 🏈

The Nurse Practitioner from NorthShore will be at River Forest Middle/High School in the Nurse’s Office (Door A) on Wednesday, July 30 and Thursday, July 31 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM to complete sports physicals.
