NorthShore Health Centers will be here to provide Wellness Exams, Sports Physicals and/or any needed vaccines. See flier for more information. Be sure to call and register for an appointment. Vaccines must be up to date on the first day of the new school year. (this includes exemption paperwork). COVID-19 vaccines will NOT be available at this site.

St. Joseph's Carmelite Home in East Chicago experienced a fire this past Sunday and they need our help. They are a local resource that offers emergency shelter care, support for teen mothers and infant care, as well as residential care for children. If you are interested in helping out, you can drop off items listed in the attached image to any vestibule at a RF school. Let's come together as a community to help out!

Hello RFCSC Families, The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana - Lake Station Club would like to invite you to join them for a fun-packed summer! Space is limited on field trips. Spots are reserved in the order that payment is received. Field trip opens for registration the Wednesday prior to the week of the field trip. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.

Jermaine Galloway, the "Tall Cop" is presenting to the community on April 13th 6-7:30 PM. Hobart High School Great Hall - Enter Door 1. The presentation with Jermaine will be virtual, but parents will come in-person due to the content. No children will be allowed.

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences will be VIRTUAL. Please watch for communication from your child's classroom teacher to schedule your appointment for conference on March 30, 2021.
There will be a cereal and milk distribution for Lake Station Residents this Thursday, March 4th, at Riverview Park. It will begin at 3:00pm and they have 800 cereal boxes and milk available. There are 2 attachments in English and Spanish below with more details.
Due to difficulty in clearing snow from streets and bus stops and continued treacherous travel conditions, River Forest Schools will continue to be on eLearning for tomorrow, February 17th. Students do not report to school on e-Learning Days and will be able to contact their teachers to log on beginning at 9 am.

Due to the inclement weather, the executive session and School Board meeting set for tonight have been changed to Thursday, February 18th 2021. The executive session will be held from 5:30pm -7:00 pm and the school board meeting will be held at 7:00 pm. in the RFHS Auditorium in the round. In the event of inclement weather on that night, both meetings will be held virtually.
