River Forest HS hosts INvestEd for a virtual FAFSA Completion Event Thursday, April 1st from 6-8pm (CT). INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out & filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Spring is in the air! Make sure to spring forward this weekend as we enter daylight savings time. Turn your clocks ahead one hour Sunday morning!
Less than one week remains of quarter 3, let's finish strong! Get that work turned in, make up missing assignments, and keep that positive attitude in place! Q3 ends on March 17th.
Remember that we have a different schedule than usual for a Wednesday! Today is still a late start Wednesday, but we will be on a modified B Day schedule! 5th period starts at 8:30, check out the rest of the schedule below.
Wed March 10 is the last day for families declare whether their child will return in person for the 4th Quarter. March 18 begins Q4. Only parents with students currently in remote need to contact us. If they are remote and you wish to keep them in remote you don’t have to do anything. Call the main office if you want to switch back.
Middle and High School Students: Wednesday, March 10 is a delayed Start B Day. 5th block begins at 8:30. Schedule for the day is on our Google Classrooms.

There will be a cereal and milk distribution for Lake Station Residents this Thursday, March 4th, at Riverview Park. It will begin at 3:00pm and they have 800 cereal boxes and milk available. There are 2 attachments in English and Spanish below with more details.

Now that we are in March, we are in the final countdown until the end of grading period 3. This grading period ends on March 17th, which gives you just 15 days to get those grades up! Don't be afraid to ask your teachers what work can still be turned in!
